Our service and calls to us

This Website exists so that you can contact us by telephone about your gas and electricity. When you call, an adviser will discuss the tariffs available to you from the suppliers we work with and explain your options.

• We are an energy switching service, not an independent advice service, and we do not compare every supplier or every tariff in the market. We mainly work with Scottish Power, British Gas and EDF.
• Our advice is free to you and you are under no obligation to switch. We are paid by the supplier if you choose to go ahead.
• Calls to the number shown on this Website are free from UK landlines and mobiles. Calls are recorded, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
• Any saving we quote is an estimate based on the information you give us about your current tariff and usage at the time of the call, so please make sure it is accurate.
• If you switch, your contract for the supply of energy is with the supplier you choose and on their terms. They will send you their own confirmation and cooling-off information.
• Our opening hours are shown on the main page of this Website.

Intellectual property rights and use

Unless specifically uploaded by Users, all Content featured on the Website belongs to BillCompare, our affiliates or relevant third parties.
